Denise joined MCI in September 2006 after 23 years of employment with a local banking institution. Her work in all departments within that industry included head bookkeeper, data processor, staff development, as well as several years of awarded customer service. This experience lent itself to her hire and transition into office manager and lead of daily operations in the finance department for Mountaineer Contractors and the rest of the MCI Group.
Along with the office manager responsibilities, Denise’s other duties include:
- Processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable invoicing
- Processing account receipts and statement reconciliation
- Trustee of the company’s 401k profit sharing plan
- Quarterly and year-end tax reporting
