Mike Neely, PE

Bio

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University. He has been a practicing engineer for more than 17 years. His duties include supervising the survey department, generating as-built quantities for pay estimates, generating as-built drawings for project completion, attending project progress meetings, coordinating with project personnel, subcontractors and vendors, and NPDES permitting.

Prior to joining the firm, Michael spent many years designing and managing the plan preparation for various types of projects involving access roads, highway and transportation, airports, natural gas well pads, and residential and commercial site developments and subdivisions.

Michael holds professional engineering licenses in both West Virginia and Florida.
