Terry Hayes

Bio

Terry holds a degree in civil engineering and has been with the MCI Group since 2004. During his tenure here, Terry has worked in various management positions including Foreman, Project Engineer, Vice President and is currently, the Chief Operations Officer for the group of companies.

As Chief Operations Officer, Terry oversees the daily operations of the company and the work of executives that consist of 350-400 employees working in 6 states, where he leads employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication. Terry plays a vital role in the design and implementation of business strategies, plans and procedures; setting comprehensive goals for performance, growth, environmental and safety compliance; establishing policies that promote company culture and vision. Terry evaluates performance by analyzing and interpreting data, metrics, financial statements and by maintaining a master company schedule.
