Bio
Wesley has been with Mountaineer Contractors for nearly 30 years. He is an excellent liaison between agencies and focuses on working through planning and problems. As Project Superintendent, Wesley has important duties relating to supervising and estimating on and off job sites.
He has experience with the following workforces in heavy highway construction:
- Underground
- Excavation
- Base Courses
- Finish Courses
- Structures
Through his civil engineering technology education and career, Wesley has the obtained the following credentials:
- WVDOH Certified Compaction Technician
- WVDOH Certified PCC Concrete Technician
- WVDOH Certified Aggregate Technician
- Speed Shore OSHA Safe Trench Shoring Certificate
- OSHA Certified “Competent” Person
