LILLY BRIDGE MOVES TOWARD COMPLETION

A three and a half year project to replace the Lilly Bridge over Bluestone Lake in Hinton is taking place. Mountaineer Contractors, Inc., Kingwood tore down part of a mountainside to widen the road on Route 20 to make room for the new bridge. The existing one cannot safely handle heavy trucks passing over that exceed weight limits. Mountaineer Contractors, Inc. is a subcontractor to the bridge contractor and will assist with widening the road The existing bridge will remain open to traffic...
