MCI GROUP COMPLETES THE ASSET PURCHASE AGREEMENT OF BILCO BRIDGE CO.

The MCI group, which is comprised of Preston Contractors, Inc., Mountaineer Contractors, Inc., Kittanning Contractors, Inc., and Everson Resources, is very pleased to announce the formation of Rock Forge Bridge Company,LLC. With almost 30 years experience, this company has built over 200 bridges in addition to excavation, drainage, shoring and various other construction projects. The best asset we are gaining throughout this process are the employees of this organization because it would not be possible without their hard work and dedication. We look forward to continue to build upon these traditions as safety and excellence being at the forefront. We are very excited and thankful for this new opportunity!
